With Phase One now sold out at Mattamy’s Saturday in Downsview Park development in northwest Toronto, sales continue for the project’s Phase Two building of the Graziani + Corazza Architects-designed community. Like its first phase sibling, Saturday Phase Two will be a mid-rise building with frontages overlooking Downsview Park, set to rise 7 and 8 storeys on a gently sloping site.
Phase Two offers a mix of 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom suites, ranging in area from 501 ft² up to 902 ft², as well as a limited collection of townhomes from 1,324 ft² to 1,535 ft² on the building's ground level. Many of the most popular suite layouts from the first phase are back in Phase Two along with new suite layouts, starting from the low $400,000s. A selection of one-bedroom, one-bedroom+den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom+den layouts can be found on the project’s website.
Among the more compact layouts available, layout 1B-7 is a one-bedroom layout offering 581 ft² of indoor living area, and either a 210 ft² terrace or a 104 ft² balcony depending on the unit’s floor. Starting from $493,990, this suite layout can be found on levels 4 through 7, offering north exposures overlooking Downsview Park.
Stepping up in area, suite 1B+D-13 is a 655 ft² one-bedroom+den layout, offering either a 250 ft² patio on the ground floor, or 140 ft² balconies on the floors above. With southern exposure, this layout starts from $518,990.
Among the larger offerings, layout 2b-4 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit offering 718 ft² of indoor living space and 40 ft² inset balconies. Priced from $583,990, 6 of these layouts are found on the third floor, all with northern exposures overlooking the adjacent park.
