1. Plans Unveiled for Oxford's 'Union Park' Development on Front

Our top story from the month was the unveiling of a new plan for a redevelopment of the south side of Front Street between John Street and Blue Jays Way, to be known as Union Park. In second place, the latest update for the rising south tower of the CIBC SQUARE office complex got plenty of attention as it rises high into the city skyline.

Unchanged from the previous month, our top 3 projects of June are The Well, CIBC SQUARE, and The One. In first place, The Well is the largest construction site in the city, bringing several buildings to the Front and Spadina intersection. In second place, CIBC SQUARE's continued ascent and recent start of cladding installation kept it in the top 3.

Our Top Ten Threads

1. The One

Our most popular thread of the month was Mizrahi's The One. The 85-storey tower's thread has managed to stay in the top 3 for quite a while as construction heats up below-grade. Increasingly interesting work at CIBC SQUARE had it in second place, taking the number 2 spot in each of our top tens for the month as the office tower climbs into skyline views.
