At the meeting point of Toronto's Riverdale and Leslieville neighbourhoods, sales are underway for Kaleido Corporation's Elevate at Logan, an SRN Architects-designed stacked townhome complex on Logan Avenue at Gerrard Street East. The project is offering suites with integrated "smart home" features in a range of units types, with one-bedroom+den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom+den layouts starting at 813 ft², and priced between $694,000 and $1,800,000.
Among the one-bedroom+den suites, 'The Marilyn' is located on the third and fourth floors of the building, with north views overlooking Gerrard Street. 1,190 ft² in area, the suite offers two bathrooms, a powder room, and 44 ft² of balcony space on both floors of the suite, while a rooftop terrace offers an additional 359 ft² of outdoor living space.
'The Cora' is a two-bedroom, 1,028 ft² single-level suite on the second floor. The suite features one bathroom and a powder room, plus 94 ft² of balcony space accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room.
Several two-bedroom+den layouts are available in the building, including 'The Selena,' a 1,247 ft² single-level suite on the second floor with two bathrooms, and a 47 ft² balcony connected to the master bedroom, as well as the option for a central kitchen island.
With approvals in place, it won't be long until shovels go in the ground for the project. In the meantime, more information about suites and other building features can be found at the project's presentation centre, located at 240 Logan Avenue, and open Monday through Thursday from 4 PM to 7 PM, and weekends from noon to 5 PM.
