Marketing is in full swing for Benvenuto Group's 293 The Kingsway, just to the north of Humbertown Plaza near Royal York and Dundas in Etobicoke. Since introducing the project, we’ve taken a look at its planned Patton Design Studio-appointed amenities as well as a few of the layouts for the project's 350 units. Today we are back for a look at the suite interiors.

Priced from the $400,000s, 293 The Kingsway offers one-bedroom, one-bedroom+den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom+den layouts.

Three different finish package kits known as Quartz, Amber, and Platinum, each feature their own variation of warm tones and natural finishes. These finish packages reference the finishes of the project’s common areas and amenity spaces, each incorporating wood grain and stone materials. The deluxe Kingsway Collection of suites offers generously-sized two-bedroom+den layouts with upgraded fixtures and finishes.
