A few suites remain available for purchase at Plaza's Musée, the newest condominium development to open in Toronto's King West neighbourhood. As residents continue to populate the 17-storey Quadrangle-designed building, work on the final touches is now wrapping up. Last month we visited suite #1116 at Musée, a three-bedroom unit on the building's 11th floor. Now, we return for a walk through two additional model suites on the 11th floor.

Suite 1101 is a one-bedroom + den which centres around a combined kitchen/living/dining area, seen in the image above. The connected kitchen space features warm-toned finishes, a glass tile backsplash, and a range of stainless steel appliances including a self-cleaning oven, built-in multicycle dishwasher, a double door refrigerator, and a built-in combination microwave oven/range hood.

Suite 1101's master bedroom is served by an ensuite bathroom, while another washroom is located in the hallway, immediately adjacent to the main living area.

1101's balcony—with a south-facing exposure—offers intimate views of the surrounding built up density, with a layering effect created by the differing material qualities of Musée and its neighbours.

Down the hall from 1101, Suite 1106 features a similarly warm palette of colours and materials, but in a significantly larger size. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a size in excess of 1,000 ft², 1106 is one of Musee's units geared towards families.

The kitchen finishes for suite 1106 are very similar to those used on suite 1101, though the larger area of the kitchen and additional space offered by a kitchen island increase the space's functionality and ease of use.

While technically a three-bedroom unit, suite 1106 has been staged as a two-bedroom + den to better display the many possibilities for this floorplan. This space also shows off the natural lighting that fills the suite courtesy of floor-to-ceiling glazing.
