It was just last month when we introduced Mattamy Homes and Biddington Group's Vita Two on The Lake, a boutique complement to sibling development Vita on The Lake in Etobicoke's Humber Bay Shores neighbourhood. Now, a new rendering of the Graziani + Corazza Architects-designed condominium development is revealing more details of the project, which is now beginning to be marketed.

Building on the distant view from Lake Ontario showed in the project's earliest rendering, the new view places the viewer to the southwest of the development, providing a glimpse at various building elements, including some of the project's outdoor spaces. At the base of the podium's west side, an outdoor space with landscaping gh3 will create a quiet environment that connects with the building's ground floor amenities.

Appointed by Graziani + Corazza + Biase Interior Architects Inc., Vita Two on The Lake's indoor and outdoor amenities will include a lobby featuring a 24-hour concierge service, an indoor pool, a fitness room and yoga studio, a guest room, and a party space with an outdoor barbecue terrace/patio. In addition to the amenity offerings, one of Vita Two's standout selling points is the sweeping view of the Toronto skyline from the building's south- and east-facing units.

Vita Two suites come in one- to three-bedroom configurations, with sizes ranging between 481 ft² and 2,073 ft², and ceiling heights of 9' and 10'. The 169 units are priced from the mid $500,000s.

More information about the development will emerge in the coming weeks. In the meantime, additional facts are available in the project's Database file, linked below. Want to get involved in the discussion? Check out the associated Forum threads, or leave a comment on this page.
