Last month, we got our first peek inside the Front Street East presentation centre for Cityzen and Fernbrook's St. Lawrence Condos, a new condo development coming to the intersection of Sherbourne and Front Streets, just east of Toronto's Financial Core. Now, we return for a look into one of the suites at the 26-storey, architectsAlliance-designed twin tower.

Sized at 742 ft2, the two-bedroom model suite in the project's presentation centre represents the "2BD-14" layout. It features interiors appointed by Sylvia Min of Guidelines Advertising's interior design division. The model suite utilizes a bright finish package that blends white and off-white tones with the natural warmth of stone and wood finishes.

The suite's kitchen boasts high-quality finishes and integrated stainless steel appliances, giving the space a contemporary feel. Hexagonally tiled backsplash, stone countertops, and wood-grain finishes on cabinetry all add to the kitchen's detailed aesthetic.

Like the bedroom space shown below, all rooms within the model suite feature large photo-murals of city views in place of exterior windows, giving prospective buyers a glimpse at some of the views possible from the development's suites.

2BD-14 features a second master bedroom with its own private ensuite bathroom.
