The rapid urban renewal of South Etobicoke's Humber Bay Shores community is showing no signs of stopping, with marketing now well underway for Mattamy Homes and Biddington Homes' Vita on the Lake. Located among the cluster of sky-scraping towers east of Park Lawn and Lake Shore, the 53-storey, Graziani + Corazza Architects-designed condominium tower will add 489 new homes in several different layouts that cater to a wide range of lifestyles.
The units on offer will range in size from 390 ft2 studios all the way up to two-bedroom plus den suites at 1,970 ft2.
One of the smaller suites, unit 'N1-1 Bed' offers one bedroom and one bathroom in a 524 ft2 package. Priced from $269,990, this layout can be found starting on the 6th floor of the tower, and offers northwest exposures.
Suite layout 'N4-1 Bed+Den+2Bath' offers a larger living space, at 650 ft2. Priced from $413,990, this layout and its mirror image offers 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a den space that can be converted into a guest bedroom. Starting on level 6, N4's wraparound balconies can be found on the buildings west or north corners, both offering sunset views.
A collection of two-bedroom suites offer layouts more suited to new families, such as floorplan ‘T3-2 Bed+2 Bath’. Priced from $662,990, this 868 ft2 unit offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as an expansive wraparound balcony. Starting on level 22 and featuring south and east exposures, these units will feature commanding views of both the Toronto skyline and Lake Ontario—a major draw in the Humber Bay Shores community.
Among the larger suites being offered at Vita on the Lake, layout 'C3-2 Bed+Den+2.5 Bath' offers 1,544 ft2 of space, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a water closet, starting at $1,252,990. Found starting on the 45th floor of the tower, this layout's on the buildings east corner looks across Humber Bay to the Toronto skyline, a view certain to grow ever more impressive as the years go on.
Residents of Vita on the Lake will have access to amenity spaces featuring interiors appointed by U31, including a fitness centre, a party room, a bar, a dining room, and indoor lounges. An outdoor pool and lounge with a barbecue area will also be provided, while the ground level will feature landscaping by gh3.
