The Daniels Corporation's Daniels Erin Mills community is set to continue its growth at Eglinton and Erin Mills Parkway in Mississauga, with marketing now well underway for the next phase of the high-density community. The 19-storey Kirkor Architects Planners-designed 'Arc' follows the community's 'West Tower' condominium building and 'Skyrise' rental tower, this one rising at the east end of the master-planned community, facing the corner of the two streets.
Daniels Arc offers approximately 300 condominium units, ranging in size from 380 to 1487 ft2, priced from the low $200,000s. Available in layouts from studios to three-bedroom+den suites, Arc offers floorplans suited to a wide range of lifestyles from students to established families. Among the smaller suites on offer at Arc, studio layout 'The Bridgewater'—found on the 18th and 19th levels—sizes in at 476 ft2, plus a 97 ft2 balcony featuring a west-facing view.
One bedroom units at Arc range from 'The Liberty' layout at 520ft and the 608 ft2 ‘The Blue’. Located on level 16, ‘The Blue’ layout offers a 150 ft2 balcony that faces east towards the Toronto skyline, accessed via doors from the spacious living/dining area or the bedroom.
Moving up in size, the one bedroom+den layouts at Arc go from ‘The Slate’ layout’s 632 ft2 up to ‘The Iris’ at 738 ft2. Right in the middle, 'The Newport' layout will be found on levels 10-14, offering 677 ft2 of floor area and a 133 ft2 balcony offering east views, accessed through both the bedroom and the combined kitchen/dining/living area.
Two-bedroom layouts at Arc range in size from 792 ft2 for ‘The Cobalt’, and 1,029 ft2 for ‘The Azure’ At 803 ft2, 'The Alice' falls right in between. This layout is offered in two different iterations; one found on the third floor of the tower offering 363 ft2 terrace, and the other found on levels 4-5 and 6-14 offering 168 ft2 west-facing balconies.
The project also features a collection of two bedroom+den layouts, ranging in size from ’The Turquoise’ at 844 ft2 and ‘The Sapphire’ at 1,080 ft2. Sized at 964ft2, 'The Cambridge' layout's design takes the structure's curving southeast corner into account. Located on levels 3 through 9, most units in this layout feature 349 ft2 balconies, while the third floor suite will offer a much larger terrace at 621ft2.
Three-bedroom layouts at Daniels Arc range in size from ‘The Arc’ at 1,078 ft2 to ‘The Crystal’, which at 1,487 ft2 is the largest suite offered within the development. Found on floors 15 through 19, this layout is also heavily influenced by the building's curving floorplates, occupying the northwestern point of the building. With a wraparound balcony offering views to the north, east, and west, this layout's outdoor space alone rivals the square-footage of many two-bedroom units found throughout the region.
While not as expansive as 'The Crystal' layout pictured above, 'The Diamond' layout is the only three bedroom+den unit on offer at Daniels Arc. Located on floors 16-19, this 1,250 ft2 layout offers two bathrooms including an ensuite, as well as a 330 ft2 balcony offering views to the south and west.
Residents of Arc's suites will have access to a collection of amenity spaces featuring interiors appointed by HOK, and concentrated on the 4th and 5th floors of the building. In addition, the double-height ground floor is set to contain 15,000 square feet of retail space, while a wide pedestrian plaza and a central park known as the "community courtyard" will add to the nascent public realm.
