Prospective home buyers and investors will soon get their first chance to buy into Time Development Group's Danforth Square, as a VIP Preview Purchasing event will be held this weekend for the master-planned, Kohn Partnership Architects-designed community near Warden and Danforth in Scarborough.
The Saturday and Sunday event will be held at the project's presentation centre at 291 Danforth Road, and will feature food trucks, an ice cream truck, music. On offer will be special limited-time incentives like two year rental leaseback, free upgrades, capped levies, free assignment and free parking.
Danforth Square is offering townhomes from the low $200,000s and a nine-storey condominium with units starting at $179,900. The development features plenty of Tanner Hill Associates Inc.-appointed amenity spaces for residents to enjoy, as well as retail/commercial offerings at ground level for day-to-day convenience. Danforth Square residents will also be situated conveniently close to public transit, including the nearby Warden and Victoria Park stations on the TTC's line 2, and not too far from Danforth GO station. In the future, the Crosstown LRT will be a short ride away.
