With the development now 60% sold, construction of First Avenue Properties’ W Towns is imminent on Weston Road north of Lawrence. The dark brick-clad urban townhome development, designed by architect Patrick Markus Luckie of pml.A, will soon be adding 48 three-storey units to the area, divided into three blocks of 16.

With less than half of the units remaining at W Towns, construction of the project is scheduled to begin within the next two weeks, with occupancy slated for Summer 2016. Once complete, residents of the development will be located a short walk from the Weston GO and UPX station, while drivers living at W Towns will be situated a few minutes from highways 401 and 400.
