Construction is already well under way at the site of Empire Communities' Rain Condos at the intersection of Kerr Street and Shepherd Road in Oakville, near the greenery of the Sixteen Mile Creek ravine. Empire is following on the first phase's success with a second phase that they have branded Senses Condominiums. The 19-storey, Graziani + Corazza Architects-designed condominium tower will rise from a podium shared with its 21-storey sibling, and add 245 residential units to the 288 already being built next door at Rain.

The 245 suites at Senses will range in size from 346 square feet up to 1,030 square feet, with prices starting from $219,990. Residents of these suites will enjoy amenities appointed by interior designers Bryon Patton and Associates, including an indoor pool, gym and an outdoor terrace.

Empire is now promoting the project with an upcoming March Madness Event, which will take place this Saturday, March 28th 2015 at noon. To help bolster the healthy lifestyle the project is promoting, the first ten purchasers will be awarded "Groceries for a Year" from the Whole Foods Market in Oakville, worth $7,500. The event also offers purchasers an included second parking space with the purchase of a two-bedroom or two-bedroom + den suite at no additional cost. The first 40 guests that attend the March Madness presentation will receive a $25 Whole Foods Market Gift Card. You can learn more about the March Madness event by following this link.
