Last month, we looked at the unique architecture of Aragon Properties' Enigma on the Park though an examination of the scale model on display at the project's presentation centre. Today we return for a look at the suite interiors of the Quadrangle Architects-designed 9-storey condominium development, located in Toronto's Bloordale neighbourhood just off Lansdowne Avenue between Dundas and Bloor Streets.
Enigma on the Park's presentation centre is home to the project's model suite, giving prospective buyers a look at what is on offer in the units up for sale. The suites at Enigma will come standard with nine-foot high ceilings, as well as stainless steel appliances, built in ovens and microwaves, and fully integrated refrigerators and dishwashers.
Finishes will include optional wide-plank engineered hardwood flooring and reclaimed brick feature walls, as well as contemporary cabinetry, and finishes like quartz countertops and backsplashes, plus under cabinet puck lighting. Bathrooms at Enigma suites will feature dual-flush toilets, and quartz vanities with Kohler under-mount sinks.
The Enigma on the Park presentation centre is open Saturdays to Thursdays from 12pm - 5pm, and closed on Fridays.
