Another creative incision in King West, Peter Freed is gradually turning the district into his urban fiefdom. Driven by a guiding principle that requires design excellence, Freed's projects have injected the historic area with a modern energy that complements and reinforces rather than overpowers and obscures the neighbourhood's existing character. One of his latest and largest projects, SIX50 King West continues this welcome trend at the corner of King St. and Bathurst St.

Designed by Core Architects, the 10- and 16-storey buildings contain a total of 236 units and is slated to be completed within the year.
