Forum member Red Mars has been diligently following the construction progress (or lack-thereof, for a period of time) at 399 Adelaide Street West for the past two and a half years. The images document the development of this condominium from when it was an empty site to its current height of eight storeys. Developed by Cresford and designed by Northgrave Architects Inc., 399 Lofts has had a rocky past, but with construction nearing the final height of ten storeys the building is that much closer to completion.

399 Lofts occupies an interesting site in the downtown core; directly behind it is a private courtyard, currently shared by Quad and Quad2 Lofts; 399 will round off Cresford's development on this block, enclosing the courtyard.

We've created a dataBase listing for 399 Lofts where you can find building information and a link to the project forum. No spiffy renderings for this project unfortunately, as it was sold a few years back and has not been updated as of late. Regardless, we'll keep an eye on 399 Lofts as it nears completion.
