Having last provided an update on construction a little over a month ago, we are returning to the Hullmark Centre in North York to keep track of work on this ambitous mixed-use project. Developed by Tridel and Hullmark, the sizable new complex at the southeast corner of Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue was designed by Kirkor Architects. Comprised of two-towers of 49 and 35 storeys, the taller of the two on the north of the site will house a mix of office space and residences while the shorter, southern tower will be exclusively residential. Anchoring the buildings will be a podium containing amenity space, retail units and a direct connection to the subway.
