Minto has released a rendering for its highly-anticipated addition to the North York City Centre area, Ei8hty8 Sheppard Avenue (or 88 Condos). The project is slated to be 35 storeys, with what appear to be townhouses to the right of the tower in the rendering. The project architect is rumoured to be Rafael and Bigauskas, however there is no confirmation from the developer at this time.
