Concord Adex has announced that phase two at CityPlace's new Spectra condos is being launched today. Phase one, comprised of 150 units, is now fully sold out. This second and final phase covers the upper floors of the 39-storey condo. These levels will certainly have better views of the area including the lake. Here's a rendering for the tower that will be located at the corner of Fort York Blvd. and Dan Leckie Way.

The design for the project is by Toronto's Raw Design. Here are some interesting renderings of the project found on Raw's website. Spectra is the tower at the bottom of this render that's being viewed from the northeast.

Rather amazing that this area was completely empty land just a few years ago.
