Digging for The Berczy, Concert Properties' 161-unit 13-storey condominium just east of the financial core, has been underway for a few months now, and the excavation at the tight site is progressing. Surrounded by some of the older buildings in the city, it's a spot that takes extra care to dig. Situated so prominently, it is also a site that has drawn many UrbanToronto members to photograph it. Here is a smattering of shots from the last five weeks:

The area along the west edge of The Berczy will be the building's breathing room in future; it's courtyard to be exact. Flush against adjoining buildings, it will look like this:
