In today's Photo Of The Day, taken by forum member jivey80, we see working progressing on Emerald Park Condos. Shoring work is nearing completion with early excavation work now beginning.
Located at the southwest corner of Yonge and Bogert, the complex consists of 42 and 32 storey condos above a large retail podium. Developed by Bazis International in partnership with Metropia and Plaza, the complex was designed by Roy Varacalli.
