Construction is underway at Savvy, the latest phase at Menkes' Cosmo community in North York City Centre, southeast of Sheppard Avenue and Yonge Street Designed by Rafael + Bigauskas Architects, the 22-storey condominium is now at its third level. While Menkes has just announced a new release of suites, ranging from bachelor units through to two bedroom plus den models, all suites in the building will have green features including an all-off light switch. Let's take a look at the building.
