There's news in the Urban Toronto forum that a new 18 storey condo is coming to 231 Richmond Street East. Currently occupied by a Goodwill depot, the word is that Brad J. Lamb's Lamb Development is planning the following for the location.

Located within the triangle created by Empire Communities' the Modern Condo to the east, Post House Condos by Alterra Group to the south and The Vu by Aspen Ridge Homes to the west, this would be a stunning addition to the neighbourhood.

Let's hope that this condo gets built as depicted here. And let's hope someone builds a 50 storey version of this somewhere so that it'll standout on the skyline.
