One of our favourite recent additions to Toronto's condo market is Great Gulf Homes stunning X The Condominium. The 44 storey architectsAlliance designed building is an homage to Mies van der Rohe's TD Centre, which is one of our favourite set of buildings in the city. A sleek black clad tower at its best.

But we do have one major problem with the project. We hate the treatment on top. The mechanical level stands out like a sore thumb.
