Market Wharf condos by Context Development is now on the rise. This architectsAlliance designed building, located at 18 Lower Jarvis, is set to rise 32 storeys. This photo depicts work on the north end of the site which contains the above-grade parking garage. Word in the Urban Toronto forum that the south half of the site, which will feature the tower portion, will now start to be constructed.
