The new Four Seasons continues to rise at the northeast corner of Bay and Yorkville Avenue. Developed by Menkes and Lifetime Developments, this aA/Page + Steele designed hotel/condo consists of a 55 and a 25 storey tower. Here's a photo showing the fantastic looking cladding. This tower is really going to make a major impression on the midtown skyline.
