UrbanToronto member drum1198 recently got this shot of Boutique from up high in the Hilton's glass elevator. Boutique, a project by joint venture partners Urban Capital Property Group, West Development Group, Malibu Investments, and ALIT Developments, now stands at its full height of 35 storeys, while finishing work continues on the mechanical box, cladding, and interior work. The building was designed by DJ Armin of ZAS Architects, while interiors are by Elaine Cecconi of Cecconi Simone.
