A photo update on the construction of the Lumiere Condo. Developed by Menkes and designed by aA, it is located on Bay Street just south of College. Set to rise 30 storeys, it is close to topping out. We like what we see so far. The cladding is classy and we like that it comes right out to the sidewalk, a trait not shared by most Bay Street condos. A great addition to this booming neighbourhood.
