One of our favourite projects is coming close to completion. Located at Jarvis and Charles, X the Condominium soars 44 storeys above the city. Developed by Great Gulf Homes it was designed by architectsAlliance. The design takes its cue from Mies van der Rohe's TD Centre, a complex we very much admire. We especially like the inset balconies and the colour splashes. Now the big question - will the rooftop mechanical be covered completely like the TD Centre or left exposed as it is right now? Fingers crossed that it is completely covered.
