Perhaps you mean Zara. In any case, we don't have a Piano, nor Nouvel, MVRDV, Herzog de Meuron, UN Studio, Toyo Ito, SANAA, etc.

If you only look at the list of Pritzker winners as a sign of quality, we only have buildings by 6 of 38 of them, and even that's a stretch, so I'd say we are lacking quite a bit.
