So far there is not a new occupancy date: early 2021 mentioned.
The date you may abandon it based on the purchase agreement is August 2021.
Claim for delay to Tarion is $150/day, maximum $7500.

first tentative date was in late 2019, was then moved to jan 2020, then delayed to aug 2020, and now to sometime early 2021
