Yonge & Rich Condos (Great Gulf) - Real Estate -

Floorplans were released up to the 33rd floor. I am not sure if they reflect the new floorplate design or not.

Add minimum $5000 to these platinum prices--although surely not in this bear market?

Richmond - 1 bdrm - 477 sf + 77 sf balcony - $275,990

Queen - 1 bdrm + den - 517 sf + 97 sf balcony - $334,990
Toronto - 1 bdrm + den - 653 sf + 133 sf balcony - $412,990

York - 2 bdrm + media - 790 sf + 367 sf terrace - $502,990
Dalhouisie - 2 bdrm + den - 894 sf + 493 sf terrace - $575,990

Projected occupancy - July 2018 (aka more like Spring 2019 :))

Parking: $62,500 (ouch)

These prices may have increased -- contact your friendly urbandreamer broker :)

I approve of this project -- it's this week's RenderPornStar so give it the thumbs up if you like it too thx :) (Or down if you hate it, that's ok by me.)

Nice to see GG is now using an interior design firm other than Simone Cicconi.
Charlie condos has been a major let down.

Really? Charlie looked good to me. I do find Cecconi Simone to be meh, though. Maybe they're too over exposed or something.

The large touch screen tables in the sales centre is pretty cool, especially when you select a floorplan, it shows you the actual panoramic view from your suite, as well as lighting up the suite on the physical building mock-up.

A very handsome project in a prime location. It was nice to hear from GG today that they have sold 300 units already.
