Scotiabank will pay $40 million per year to have the naming rights to MLSE's arena. Oxford/CPPIB will want a sizable commitment from the Board of Trade to name 30 Bay a World Trade Centre. Maybe they can afford it or maybe not. One thing for certain. Members that pay into the Board of Trade won't be impressed to have millions allocated to put a name on top of a skyscraper.
