It compliments the existing adjacent seniors residence quite actually ... and it would fit quite well with the surrounding architectural context, as evident in the background of Jasonzed's first picture

Plus it adds much needed density to an otherwise suburban area which is never a bad thing

The existing building is on my list of being one of the ugliest building in that half of Mississauga.
