Who is this guy? Gooderham Condo Site

Yesterday I was walking my dog on Cherry St at the site of the new Gooderham Condos (the hole in the ground) and Clear Spirit condo (half completed)

And I spotted this tour group, and one man speaking... the architect perhaps?

Who is this man? What is his name?

It occurred to me that if I knew his name I could do a piece on the condos for The Distillery District Blog about whatever it was that was occurring there... a general update perhaps.
