which is better: Vancouver or Toronto?

vancouver: clean air, most livable city according to The Economist and Mercer study, outdoor activities mecca (skiing, sailing, biking etc...), clean, friendly people, trees

toronto: polluted air, bad traffic, no waterfront, condo developers taken over city, racism, jane and finch, segregated neighbourhoods, lots of shootings...

sounds like vancouver is the winner here.
