What's going on at Adelaide (W) & Maud St. ?

I have noticed the past couple of days a bunch of trucks & trailers lined up along Adeldaide St. (Between Portland & Spadina) & along Maud St. Anybody know what's happening?

You're probably seeing crew and equipment vehicles for one of the various commercials / tv shows / movies being filmed in the neighbourhood.
