What Rent are you paying/receiving on your condo?

Well, I would kindly like this info, especially newer developments, especially Cityplace. But, I guess others could use this info as well for their own multiple purposes.

If you don't mind please tell:

- complex/location (ie intersection)
- rent
- unit type (ie 1 bedroom, studio, etc)

If you don't want to tell specifics, just ballpark amounts, and locations.

$1430/month (includes heat, hydro) at Bay & Dundas. 850 sqft one bedroom with all of the usual condo ammenities.

One of my co-workers is renting a 1+Den in Harbour View Estates (Cityplace) for 1400 w/parking ... It's 650-700 sq. feet

Another friend is renting in Waterclub ... 1 Bedroom, 500-550 sq. feet for 1200 w/o parking
