What is the deal with the $109 CSC Gold?

What is going on with the account billing? It shows $109 taken off today for a 3 month Gold Community. We last paid $45 on Feb 12, today is April 22 (not a full three months later)... What is the calculation they used? How many pages views are we getting per month anyways?

I paid a bit early just in case the price went up. At the rate we are growing I wasn't ready to take any chances since they calculate the monthly cost on page views and # of posts. We still get our full 3 months before this payment kicks in.
