Some people when they go to a festival like taste of the Danforth, or just getting food to go from a resturant, they bring there own containers to reduce the amount of garbage they produce, it takes a lot less energy to rinse out a container then it does to manufacture a disposable container in a factory, transport it toronto (gasoline) and then to ship it to the land fill site when used (more gasoline), plus at events garbage cans overflow, garbage blows in the wind , making the city look filthy, so trying to reuse things is good for the city.
