This building would go at Navy and Robinson in downtown Oakville, at the site of the old 111 Forsythe sales office. It looks like it will be quite high end with the units all being 2000 sqft or more looking at their website:

I think Gren Weis Architects and Associates will be the architects. It will be 3 stories high along Navy street. Since Water street's elevation is well below Navy Street, the frontage along Water street will go two stories lower, so 5 stories total (with setbacks).

Very nice! Should fit in well with charming Oakville Harbour.

Too bad that at Water Street it's mostly a garage entrance… but otherwise, quite nice!

I guess, but frankly Water Street is more of a service street for the marina, lions club and people driving to the library parking lot. Most of the pedestrian activity is along Navy Street and further South towards the lake..
