Notice how of the proposed highrises along the bottom of the graphic, none mentioned are box-like. (aside from 4s)

I like how they threw in the Pantages Tower in the timeline of tall towers - as I remarked in another thread the Pantages really did define the new tall condo era as it was the first tower over 400 feet/40 floors in around a decade.
