Utilities for new condo owners?

Any advice on which companies to go with, for electricity and gas?

EVERYTHING is included at my current building so I don't really know, but I'm interested as I'll be in the utility market myself in about a year.

I believe many newer buildings will commit you to a supplier for the first year or so - with no alternative.
