Damaged signal cable will slow trains King to St Andrew for an indeterminate amount of time.

"With apologies to our customers, we are dealing with a damaged signal cable near the TTC’s Union Station. This means trains have to travel at reduced speeds in the area, adding five to 10 minutes to trip and wait times between King and St Andrew stations both ways,” a TTC spokesperson wrote on X.

Malvern is still a long way off in terms of infrastructure for the electric buses. But McNicoll just got these buses for training. As I understand it, they are being charged at Eglinton.

Queensway is on and off the list. I wonder what the latest information is on Queensway Divsion?
Too bad we can't find details on the actually progress of these chargers. And set up plans.

Just talking with a good friend who works at Malvern, work is still ongoing. He estimates another year or so before all the infrastructure work is complete.

The Queensway garage replacement could happen at Obico (former CP train yard, southwest of Line 2's Kipling Station). The Obico garage and subway train yard has been on TTC's Santa Claus wishlist since 2015.

That's so far off, and no real proposals. But I did see on Merx site that TTC wants to study the land for Kipling property. So I guess we'll see.

Yes, if you can that would be great! Because I've heard since 2023 it's been off the plans, then I heard it's still part of the plans. A lot of back and forth. Maybe TTC still second guessing Queensway. So id be curious if they even started studies or ground work at Queensway. Thank you

So it’s still very much in the planning stages. There’s other construction that apparently needs to happen first before they can move forward with a final location selection and installation of charging infrastructure.

Damaged by what/whom? The afternoon commute is a gongshow between that and an emergency alarm. Are they even interested in running reliable transit?
