I've made a website (based on google maps) that shows TTC vehicle locations and traffic conditions. Here is a video that I made about it:

That was an MIT undergraduate project for his dorm room. Fun right?
I might be interested in helping out...do lots of scientific computing, starting to play with Big Data.

...and it would have to be updated every few years or so, though with LEDs, that would be inexpensive to do.

Yes it has been a long day for this server! But I changed some settings and I think it's a little better, for now anyway.
