Clearly the return to office mandates were all just a ploy by the Real Estate companies and the government to boost GO transit ridership and line Alstom's pockets.

One could argue that progress like this only helps the cause for electrification as opposed to ridership being stuck below pre-covid like some US jurisdictions.

I am not sure if even TTC has fully recovered from COVID. Even systems that have recovered, it depends on route.

Now if only they could go back to that time pre-covid when they were periodically release station by station numbers, including from what I recall percentage changes.

I'd be more interested in seeing ridership numbers for the following month. No doubt this milestone was achieved in October because of the Blue Jays postseason run.
