Toronto Yorkville Village: 102-108 Yorkville Avenue | 13.41m | 3s | First Capital | Kearns Mancini

The current status of the building. I also heard the crane should be coming down soon.

It is in fact currently in the midst of coming down.

Versace signed up for the remaining retail spot.

That means aside from the yet to be announced basement tenant (a high end Japanese restaurant) this complex is leased out.

FCR really know what they’re doing with Yorkville. If this is anything to go by - 101 Yorkville will be a stunner - even if I continue lamenting the loss of the half up half down Yorkville retail buildings.

They've done a lovely job of matching the insulation to the hoarding typography, or maybe it was the there way round, or maybe it was just dumb-ugly "luck". (As much as I want more colour on buildings in this city, that particular blue wouldn't be it: bring on the stone cladding!)
