That version had its own flaws...........but this one....................sigh
 
I thought those renderings above were going to be the finished product. Were there updated renderings since then? How does that rendering look like the mess we see today? Given who’s involved here I’m shocked at how bad this looks.

Maybe it is? It just appears to be such a jumbled mess, I assumed otherwise.

I didn't think the render itself was that great either; but what's going up thus far is a borderline abomination.
 
It's not that terrible. I just hope the grey precast gets some sort of coating/cleaning/surface treatment. I hope that's not the finished product. The rest I can live with, although it's unfortunate that the balcony railings read kind of green.
 
It's not good for Toronto by any means.
