Lifetime should rebrand themselves to Defect Developments.

The black cladding, windows, and balcony guards are all looking quite good. Somehow makes the precast brick situation both easier and tougher to swallow.

Can't wait for this site to be finished, the construction workers here really DGAF.

Yesterday they were raining sparks down on the not closed sidewalk and gave me crap for telling them about it. That pylon in the way, I put that there to at least try and warn pedestrians.
