Occupancy is expected to begin this Fall:

Wonder Condos, a 289-unit joint venture with Graywood Developments that emerged from a former bread factory at 462 Eastern Ave., is nearing completion and occupancy will start this fall.

Maybe it's too early to judge, but it's not looking so good based on the images above. The gray cladding, all the lines from the small windows....

It's not looking good at all. Still holding out hope that this thing may turn out decent.

Edit: took a closer look. This is worse than I thought. All those mullions in every which way. Altera has been putting out some crap lately (The project at Sherbourne & Wellesley was a giant disappointment)
