The pit continues to grow. From a few hours ago:

that approved E.I. Richmond tower between South Beach and Key West really needs to launch to complete this stretch.

Actually, it was Northgrave Architect who did the work to get the 42 Park Lawn site through the planning approvals process… but yes, I keep wondering when sales will launch for that tower. Rumours were that Amexon bought the property, so if true (I don't know that it is true), they could design it to best fit with their existing South Beach towers. Time will tell.

Meanwhile, Onni's Westlake Encore will be going up right in the middle of that pit as seen in Jasonzed's drone shot above, essentially where the construction ramp ends. Podium with townhomes will sit close to the creek edge.
